This is a noble initiative that is going to help even grassroot women rise to the position of leadership.

The more incredible women we interview the more I believe that this sight although designed for African women, can benefit African men and women and men at large who want to lead their family, community, business or country. I also believe that the women we interview send a clear message, that Africa is a place to invest in, not donate to. A view that is not often seen in the West.
