Chris Hutchinson and the Trebuchet Group Teach the Importance of Leadership and Growth for Better Business

While transitioning out of his position as an engineer at Motorola, Chris Hutchinson realized that he was less interested in engineering and more interested in leadership. Armed with that realization as the catalyst, he founded the Trebuchet Group, a Certified B Corporation in Fort Collins, Colorado, with the mission of developing leadership skills in individuals and helping leaders build strong teams around them.

Hutchinson is passionate about sharing the knowledge on becoming a great leader and defining the actionable steps to get there. Since founding the Trebuchet Group in 2002, he has held true to that passion and helped hundreds of organizations and executive leaders understand the ins and outs of effective leadership and interpersonal dynamics for stronger companies. Through the work of Hutchinson and his team, Trebuchet Group was named a 2019 Best For The World Governance honoree by B Lab.
