A social shift is upon us. Which side of it do you want to be on?

Many leaders, particularly in small businesses, inspire us to make our contribution count. Amidst all the uncertainty, consumers scrutinize the supply chain, dialogue about our responsibility to citizens and the environment, and encourage us to take action.
A movement and social enterprise whose time has come
The Y and Z generations (Z’s are born between 1997 and 2012/15) are the largest workforce cohort now and in the future, are demanding to work for mission-driven organizations. Corporations are utilizing strategies to attract, retain, and inspire workforces through volunteerism. There is a measure to assess social and environmental corporate contributions focusing on an inclusive and sustainable economy. Not-for-profits are tracking the social return on investment. There is a surge of creating, assisting, and promoting social enterprises. Organizations are rallying around to achieve the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. There is a rise in recognizing feminine energy’s power, potential, and impact. Diversity is not only a conversation occurring in board rooms, but it has become a priority to execute strategies that create a conscious culture that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. In parallel, more people are seeking purpose and crave meaning. Our mental health demands to know what is right with the world (which has been increasingly challenging). There is an appetite for a global movement to raise human consciousness and contribution. These indicators lead to an ethos, a movement, and a social enterprise whose time has come — YouMeWe.
